Main activity: Tues - crock pot, pickleball, around the house
Notes: Woke early, cut onions and garlic and put the skirt steak (Aldi - grass-fed) in the crock pot. Headed to pickleball around 815a and played for just over 2 hrs. Hot again but not quite as humid so more comfortable. Got back ~11a, shower and ate a bit. Walked down to recycling w/ Michelle, had another coffee (mushroom). Did a little more work for ACtS. Around the house doing misc stuff the rest of the day and then we did early Essentrics while roasting cauliflower & asparagus and threw kale chips in at the end - ate the veggies w/ the beef and mushrooms (soo good!). Cleaned up the kitchen and later watched the last episode available of The Agency. Started to wind down early but then had some more work to do and was on computer for awhile.
