A scrummy biscuit to have with a drink

I had cause to go into town yesterday morning so went on to my fav Italian shop. I indulged myself with a slab of torte de dolcilatte and a packet of amaretti biscuits for M (a vast selection to choose from).
Regarding yesterday's blip, l have been told by Miranda that it is a wild Iris,  commonly known as Stinking Iris.  I have blipped the beautiful orange berries from it before but added an old photo in yesterday's extra.  Todays extra is some of the amoretti on offer.
