Yellow flags

In my tiny pond. I don’t get any frogs, but the birds like to splash in it. 
A nice busy morning at Fareshare, good to see everyone.  One young member of staff, who came through a scheme at another Fareshare site - called Fairchance, helping into work people who were excluded from school, or excluded themselves. He’s now applying to teach on the scheme he went through, and being given a lot of encouragement.  He’s such a lovely soul, and wants to support other kids who are where he was.  Fairly good indications that he will get the job. A bit of a good news story.  
In the afternoon i had a video call with my three mum’s side cousins, I love them all dearly, I guess they’re like sisters really.  And we’re going to get together in person fairly soon, for the first time in ages
