The View Point

We went on the Haverthwaite and Lakeside Steam Railway followed by a trip along Lake Windermere and then had a stop of an hour or so in Windermere.  Mark thought it would be a good idea to walk up to a viewpoint above the town, so we did that too before going back by boat and steam train again
