Coffee

I could not have coffee yesterday even though coffee was not guilty for my upset stomach, but it was wise to be careful. It turns out that the whole grain flour I had used in baking the bread had too much gluten, and I was not aware of it. Now I know, and am going to avoid everything containing gluten. (?) 
My walking assistant came today, and regardless of the drizzly rain, we made a brief walk, for fresh air at least.
