Eleanor
Regal as befitting her name (Queen of England and wife of Henry 111 till he died 1272) and the last of the fledglings at Tewkesbury Abbey to take that flight into the big wide world.. Both her brothers had gone and she was left alone on the tray with me amongst a couple of other people who wanted to see her make that step forward. I didn't see it today.
I had a tripod so wasn't holding the lens, a fence to prop against and a bird that really was happy where she was. As the painkillers wore off I realised my limitations.
A few Extras of Eleanor and a flight shot of her brother Fluff. I did not name him!
