Not Yet

MrsP and I spent a few hours by the river this afternoon, enjoying hazy sunshine and the occasional cooling breeze • It was unusually busy with lots of families and school age children having picnics and taking photographs. Signs that summer vacation has officially begun • Various fishing and speedboats were on the water but Stanley Sturgeon didn’t seem to mind. We caught several rising fully out of the water before crashing back in. It becomes obsessive waiting and looking for the next one :) • A few cedar waxwings flew into a tree full of berries but apparently they’re not quite ripe yet. A few berries were plucked but not a one grabbed another. Will continue to check in on my favorite bird :) • Peace & Love
