Wings of an Angel

The Jay was back this morning, improving its technique for getting at the suet balls. I've not got a feeder for the bigger birds as I don't normally encourage them, so this is a makeshift option of a peanut feeder. I decided to post another Jay photo as it was displaying it's wonderful wings nicely. A beautiful sunny and warm day today. I was volunteering at the charity shop this morning and watched tennis from Queens and sat out in the sun reading the paper this afternoon. I see that there's a severe weather warning in this area for thunderstorms on Saturday / Sunday.
