Glory, glory, English countryside

So my ongoing 'life laundry' spun out a day a week to be spent with the Daffodilking and today was our day.  
We chose to spend it not far from home in the Cotswolds. We climbed Dumbleton Hill which has lots of trees on it, but every now and again - voila! A wonderful view.  We could see for miles in all directions. What a glorious day :)  On a day like this the British countryside really is green, pleasant and hard to beat.
