Swim before work, and then to employment for The Big Shift AKA This Week's Overnighter.

Great day weatherwise, and when my colleague suggested firing up the barbecue in the garden for our evening meal....and he was offering to cook it all as well...I was very quick to accept. Especially when it included his Jamaican-influenced fresh pineapple with chilli, lime and sugar. Delicious.
