Wednesday: Neighbourly Gift

Our neighbour stopped by this afternoon to give us a loaf she’d made.  It looks fabulous and has a very satisfying bottom too…..no sogginess there.  It’s actually a proper size loaf - for some reason it looks bread roll size here.

I did venture that she was making up excuses to stop by as she has readily admitted that she finds Artem, who is doing some work on our house, very easy on the eye.  That aside, he’s done a fabulous job - it’s looking so much better.
