I have a bad habit of mislaying my camera around the house. The little black thing dangling on the side, which I fitted today, is an AirTag which means I can find it using the Apple FindMy app. When I get close enough. I can make it go beep and then track it down. But it also alerts me if I am stupid enough to leave it in a cafe or on a bus (hopefully this wil never happen).

Miracles of modern tech etc. 

Busy but productive day with some afternoon chill time. Very lovely from lunchtime onwards, sunny and warm again. I am currently trying a semi fasting diet where I only eat between midday and 8pm and am cutting back on bread and potatoes [MOURNFULLY SAD WITH ONE FAT TEAR EMOJI].

Reading Matt Haig’s The Life Impossible. Halfway through. Very good. 

Had some time with Little Miss A today. Not seen much of her for various reasons the last two weeks. She was on great form. 20 weeks old today.
