The Empire (Biscuit) strikes back...

When we were at Potfest on Friday I was beside myself when we came to a table that featured ceramic Empire Biscuits!  Made by Jud Pollok (Tea with Jud) I couldn't resist buying one (or maybe two :-) after all I am Queen of the Empires Hahahahahahahaha!  Had to be blipped! 

We had a leisurely morning.  Agnes, Adrian and I chatting at the kitchen table while D got Alan out of bed (we had to send his support worker B home as he'd come down with the lurgy) 

Agnes and I then made a cooked breakfast (she makes the best scrambled eggs) which we all enjoyed.

D and Adrian headed off to play the nine hole course at Gleneagles and Agnes and I settled down to an afternoon of chat, crochet and tea and scones.  She's on her fourth attempt at crocheting a tank top and I finally managed to finish baby Alfie's blanket.  Yay!!!  Will blip it at some point. 

D & A returned and both seemed happy with their round.  They also enjoyed coffee and scones.  

Agnes and Adrian headed off and D and I had dinner of left over roast veg lasagne and salad and watched episodes three and four of Department Q.  Not enjoyed a programme as much as this since Shetland.  And there are a few Shetland actors in it!  :-)
