Photomuncher's Spot

Play Time

We are about to head off for the Central Belt and visits to see our kids and our Granddaughter Flora.  We are taking down some pre-loved building bricks sourced on Ebay and a workshop-built box to store them in: made (inappropriately) in the style of a Japanese Toolbox.

The long sides of the box are pine from a bedside cabinet donated by a gentleman in Cults via Freecycle; the short sides from a sun-bleached John Lewis book shelf unit; the base and top from ply scraps from our old media centre; and the hardwood trim bits were left from scraps of science bench tops rescued from the Grammar School building when it went on fire during building works yonks ago.

Yes, I do deserve the skinflint label!
