Yesterday when I saw my GP, I had a meltdown... He said he thought I'd been doing better lately... I said no, I just try to be upbeat and happy when I'm out, that I cry lots at home etc... He asked what my thoughts had been like and I was honest with him... So he's increased my antidepressant dosage...
