Blue-tailed Day Gecko

There are some really attractive geckos and lizards in Mauritius and this blue-tailed day gecko is probably the most colourful. We also have a day gecko in our room which doesn’t seem to have moved an inch for at least 48 hours (first extra). The second extra is a yellow wasp. These are a couple of inches long and they seemed to be out in force at lunchtime. Although they have a nasty sting they are not aggressive.
