Hedgerows.

Are lovely lovely along the road to Penzance. It was quite foggy in places. Harbour carpark removed the barriers and installed machines. Three were not working tried to do it on my phone wasn't successful, then someone told me one was working at the far end paid by card for two hours which was over £5. Hopefully cover the time I was waiting so only stayed 1 hour in Penzance. They have cameras that clock you when you enter and leave.someone said to me what would happen if you didn't have a phone more then lightly get a fine in the post.cornwall council as handed most of their carparks to private company.locals in my village have signed a petition to try and stop our carpark being taken over.will have to wait to see if they are successful or not.
