More garden

I had a doctors appointment first thing which for a number of reasons lasted longer than anticipated.  Waiting for follow up but appointment is bound to come when we are away!

Home to change and get out into the garden again.  We finished off the washing line area and planted the last of the lavender.  OH went to Wickes to get some more cement for next project and bought some roof battens at the same time.  When we visited Sarah Raven's garden last year I took a picture of how she stakes her dahlias and decided to do the same.  Roof battens are tannalised timber so will last a few years, as will store them over winter.

I came in and showered and wanted to do a spot of sewing - pictures to follow!
