Relaxing

“Can I do anything?” I asked. Chris had made me an Old Fashioned and Sarah was making the dinner. “Just relax “, he said, “but even relaxing isn’t mandatory “. I’ve already had a wonderful long bath. I am being treated like an honoured guest:-)

It’s lovely to see Merry again, too. Here she is waiting for her tea.

I spent the afternoon walking by the sea at Eastbourne. It was HOT! Being by the sea is very healing for me. Then I travelled here by train. In a couple of days’ time, I’ll be back with Mum again.

The extra is the new bus station at Uckfield- I love that the bus shelters are covered by drought- resistant plants and have charging points for mobile phones.
