Evening sun from my bedroom window. Can see all sorts of irregular shapes here and some regular ones as my check trousers are reflected!
Ballet and coffee this morning, felt ok. 
Was due to have my VitbB12 injection tomorrow but it’s been cancelled until Monday, probably explains why l was so tired on Tuesday.
Spent three hours in the garden , cutting back the clematis, l always do this after it has finished flowering, will cut it again in Autumn.
I bought three Salex when we were on holiday last week and planted them in large tubs, not decided exactly where they are going yet.
Had two big bags of garden rubbish so took it to the tip.
Had a lovely bath afterwards, my treat.
