Frickin ecstatic…
A stuffy busy day.
This evening I made falafels to a Levantine recipe. A rather longer list of ingredients than usual, but they were worth it. All got scoffed with a load of salad, hummus & home made zhug. I can see that recipe being a regular on the menu.
The days saving grace.
