Highway Maintenance

The only photo I took today, somewhat polarised for Abstract Thursday.

I popped up to the bus stop to recce the Cirencester bus for mrsfb tomorrow. It came, 3 minutes late, and as I was waiting a rather bright van pulled up and parked on the pavement next to the bus shelter. Two guys in high vis got out with a ladder and went off to who knows where, to do who knows what. Maintaining the highway I guess.

Actually mrsfb's trip tomorrow has been postponed as the friend she was planning to meet is in hospital for some tests.

We then had torrential rain so decided to drive to Swindon Designer Outlet as mrsfb wanted some new tops for our short break next week. Of course she didn't find any. I on the other hand bought three shirts.

The sun was shining when we left the shops.
