Once a tree

It was an old oak that blew down in Storm Arwen. A new one has been planted nearby.
A different Thursday. I still did the shopping for Cafe but then went to learn how to do some Strength and Balance training as part of out walks, this included some practical work in the park.
Once it was finished I went for a walk in the park, the sun had come out so it was a bit warmer, but still very breezy. I visited the Camperdown Elm but the sun was on it all wrong for a decent pic, so you have this ex-tree instead.
I then went to Cafe as a customer and afterwards helped with cleaning the church for the weekend (and managed to get spots of bleach on my cardy).
This evening I've been doing some admin but Mr Rat just came in with some pastries so that put an end to that!
