Weeding Water Lane

A lovely sunny day, tad more cloud late evening.  That pesky gale has been blowing all day, sadly burning the summer blooms.  

Another day working with Lindsay.  We've been weed spraying in the lanes again today.  Walkies with Sammy after work, popped by Madeline's.  A quiet evening at home, then mam and Anna popped by for a cuppa.  

The perfect Shetland weather to be out working, and topping up the summer tan.  We've been up and down all the small lanes in between the houses, spraying the the weeds, keeping on top of the sneaky pesks.  A great job, stress free and no hassle, but plenty of weeds along the paths and pavements, also in the cracks of slabs.  Lindsay ( McLachlan) was saying there has been less weeds this year.  A quick breather as we headed towards the next batch of weeds.  Taken at Water Lane, Lerwick.
