Donald wanted a walk first thing this morning which was great. I like to get on with the day and if you've taken a walk then if you don't get out again for any reason at least you know you've been out. I made soup and ice cream, both to freeze and we only had fish and chips from the oven for the evening.
Before bed Donald took a tremendous fall in his living room but luckily no harm was done. I helped him up, made sure nothing was sore and made him take deep breaths to relax. I asked him to tell me his favourite joke and eventually he could recall it and laugh at the ending. Put him into bed after a while, double checking he was happy which he was. Nothing to worry about.
