Foot therapy

My feet are incredibly painful and so can hardly walk. So tried this pair of socks with hydrating stuff inside. Quite pleasant 20 minutes but overall made no difference!
A thunderstorm with small amount of rain this morning and then hot and sunny all day.
Two English friends living not too far away both got in touch today and want to meet for lunch. Feeling lonely and this will be great!
