Wax On

There is a longboard surfing contest taking place the next few days. I rode out to get some surfing photos, but the weather and venue were not too cooperative. Instead, I captured images of the preparation that goes on prior to hitting the water. I didn't know it until she started her heat, but the young lady waxing her board here is from Oceanside.
