Canongate Kirkyard

A grey morning which turned into a grey day. There weren’t many of us in the office today, which is probably just as well as it was freezing. One of those days when it was colder in than out, and it wasn’t very warm outside.

I met a former colleague for a very quick lunch. Unfortunately I was click watching, as I had to get back for a meeting. We had a nice, if slightly rushed, catch up over a sandwich and toastie. The rain had started by the time we left the cafe.

It was still grim when I went home. The rain eventually went off after tea, so I went out for a walk. Of course the rain came on again, and so got rather wet.
