Keep Your Beak Out Of MY Seeds!!!

I started out the day intending to do an abstract for the Abstract Thursday challenge, but this little drama unfolding on my deck rail caught my attention and would not allow me to do anything other than share it with you for my blip.  You see, it is rare for a White-wing Dove and a Blue Jay to be on the rail together and in such close proximity to one another.  And, though you don't actually see it happening in the picture, the Blue Jay was trying to stretch around the Dove to get some seeds and the Dove was vehemently opposed to sharing its bounty. So, the abstract will have to wait......
