A Victory

for Governor Gavin Newsom of California today. A judge ruled that the California National Guard will remain under his command starting tomorrow at noon.

Also today, Alex Padilla, Senator from California was forced out of a press conference in a federal building here in CA, thrown onto the floor and handcuffed for asking a question! His thoughts after they released him: “If they can do this to a Senator in front of the cameras, imagine what farmers, produce pickers, cooks, construction workers, and many more people go through under this administration.”
Oh, the mess we’re in.
“No Kings Day” protests are planned for Saturday across the country.
I am posting this gardenia as a sign of peaceful protest for all the untidy and unfair things happening in the beautiful US of A.
