Spotlight highlight

A long old day, with paperwork bits and legal signatures etc... Then straight on to speak at the ladies group at our church. So lovely to see people.
Mom took the 3 kids to the cinema so han and I had extra unexpected time together and were able to head off to town, and mooch around etc. We had an early tea in a lovely, tiny, Korean place in the Chinese quarter and then went to go see Nick's gig. He'd put us down as Access All Areas which felt fancy, ha! Lovely to hang out with him before hand and to spend some time with the guy who was supporting him too (such an amazing voice - 'Jerub'). Gorgeous to pray together too. We took an hilarious but truly awful selfie, so in extras is a more official post gig one. Not as fun but definitely more complimentary all round!
Lovely to see how loved Nick is by his fans, such a beautiful connection, and such a vairty of people. 
The music was amazing, as we've come to expect from him. His voice and guitar/piano skills are something else. 
A treat of a night with my lovely sister. A highlight in an odd time.

Today I'm grateful for;
1) Wonderful S guiding us through a minefield of papers.
2) Time with just Han. It almost never happens anymore, there is always a combination of our kids around usually. 
3) The joy of live music and seeing your friend in their sweet spot. And Nick's generosity towards us.
