Did some sorting and tidying this morning (inside and outside) and then walked through the park to the charity shop before getting the bus to town. Spotted the beautiful bark on a silver birch tree- don’t think I’ve ever noticed it before. We made macrame lanterns from glass jars at the Playhouse group. Hardly anyone finished theirs (me included). Will be interesting to see if I do any more to it at home. Started to make some cushion covers for the garden chairs when I got home.
