A Thrush

This beauty was singing away at the top of voice - perched high in a tree, taking in the early morning sunshine (just after 07:30).

I believe it is a song thrush - I based my ID on the ‘arrow’ shaped specks on its breast - but I stand to be corrected by more knowledgeable blipper/twitchers. I should have used the Merlin app to ID the song!!

It was quite high up and across a road - so this is a small crop of the full frame - about a third each way across the frame - so the middle sector of a 3x3 grid.

I used the Lightroom AI remove tool to get rid of a twig behind the beak :-)
