Today I started on my Sandwich mission.

I have to create a sumptuous sandwich... Based on the thought process of Max Halley of Max's sandwich shop in London 

I bought his book last month and it is bedtime reading now 

Today. I give you 

Sesame bagel.  Marscapone cheese.  Apple jelly and a liberal layer of crushed gingernut biscuits
