The Hill House Helensburgh

The main lounge of The Hill House, another mastrepiece designed by Charles Rennie Mackintosh working with his wife Margaret Macdonald. Not only did he design the structure he was responsible for the furniture and the soft furnishings.  
Owned by The National Trust, the building is at present enclosed in a steel structure to protect it while remedial work is undertaken.
