Noisy little things!

I had a call from an architect today. He seemed to know exactly what I was needing, knew the plot and said he could help. Phew 

The kids all came over for an afternoon in the garden. 1st time the paddling pool had been used this year and they had a great time. But VERY noisy!!! 

Baby Mylo is walking everywhere now and is still addicted to balls. He even took a shine to my allium heads pulling them off saying ball!!!

I had several more calls from the architect. Annoyingly one of them was during dinner despite me telling him I had family over so missed most of it as he's a bit of a talker but long story short - he's spoken to the validation officer and is 99% sure he's talked her out of us needing a flood risk assessment as there has already been planning permission granted on the car park and that has nothing much to do with the actual cabin. And if it floods (which it hasnt in 30 years) then people can bring wellies!!!! He quoted me a price and we have agreed it so all systems go and back on track.

It was nice to have all the family over again. It's been a while!!
