Heirloom

A couple of years ago my sister in law gave me 2 soft fruit plants that she had grown from cuttings that she had taken from plants that were originally in my mother's garden. One was this blackcurrent, which has a modest crop coming along for the first time.

For those who saw yesterday's blip, the nice shiny new units successfully had their firmware downgraded from the latest (dated 2015 - yes 10 years old!) to a 2006 version and then performed as required (advancing a clock's time by half a second, and recovering correctly if power to the device was lost). Always good to have the latest technology in your state of the art facility!
