Groceries and a walk alone

Today was the delivery day of the groceries. I worked long on the list last night and made sure that all bread and all flour were gluten free. To my happy surprise the sliced whole wheat bread I had chosen was really delicious. No need to start baking yet.
The weather was nice and I forced myself to walk at least to the mailbox and around the house. It wasn't easy. I am dizzy especially now that I was alone. Oh well, but I made it , and I even took a picture of the beautiful flowers of my next door neighbor who turned 100 this past Tuesday.
