Sweet peas

The most I've had in the last few years combined! They smell gorgeous.

Today Jo, Beau and I were going to get more aquarium sand as there was something of an excess of uneaten food in the tank again. With Jo's help Dad was persuaded to join us for lunch and it was nice that he agreed and it was an early father's day lunch, and he chose something for the garden for his present.

Jo bought herself a bigger aquarium which I have set up for her, and had water from my water change that I could use to fill hers most of the way. Not ideal I know but the water the fish were in was minging so the lesser of two evils, and all the fish are now happily swimming around, whereas this morning they were gasping for air.

Dad became less nervous of Beau and was reaching out to stroke him, and I even saw some life come back into him, plus him and Jo got on well.

Beau has just been in to cool down under the ceiling fan and has now gone back home to sleep.
