Went down to the pond today.It doesn't seem to be heaving with nature since the Swan died. 6 cygnets hatched and all killed off next day. Mum settled back in nest but shortly after her partner hit a lamppost and died. So sad.She is down there but it wasn't very atmospheric. I did am not sure what this little bird is but the extra shows his pal, a Stonechat.He was a chatterbox and so colourful.
