The Iris from yesterday without the ink outlines.

It has been a very warm, windy and humid day. After a nice breakfast of poached eggs, good coffee, toast marmalade or honey, I got the bedding washed and on the line and which kindly dried in no time. Mr HB walked next door neighbours' dogs whilst I did a few more indoor jobs. 

 Two of our caravanning buddies are currently having a great adventure in their motorhome travelling through Europe, their latest destination somewhere in the French alps, looks absolutely lovely ...... meanwhile this afternoon we've been in their garden at home mowing their lawns, Mr HB and I did a lawn each (not very big ones) but at least I've put in some extra steps today! We checked on the fish , post etc and thought we would rather have been in the French alps, but ....

Hey ho, I'm back in our garden now and enjoying my own peaceful space in the last of the sunshine.
