Once it was a Dahlia

Well I think it was a Dahlia - looks like one.

As is my wont I leave flowers sitting in vases until they collapse completely just in case they die in a pretty fashion. Many will think this is a bit horrible but sometimes I like to do something a bit different. I've even broken with my usual methods and introduced the line between the background and table - well a sheet of card sitting on a tin of beans actually. I keep meaning to have a go at breaking up the background and I quite like the effect.

It's horrible out there - rain, rain and more rain - and a bit on the dark side too.
