The view out from my ‘pod’

I’m staying at Shelly Beach,, just out of Coromandel for a few days. The car recorded only 14 to 16 degrees as I drove here, but it feels warm now. I’ve no heating on. The Italian woman looking after the place says it is heaving in summer, but this time of year is lovely. I passed a lot of weekend fishers along the coast as I drove here, but it is a bit cold for swimming.
