Ginger

I've taken pictures of these flowers before.  Can't help myself they're just so pretty.  I've never dug any of them up either to see if there is actually any gingerroot.  I have them growing in a big pot.

If you look to the right of the image (on the edge of one of the flowers) about mid to lower you'll see one of those worms that collect debris around them.  I forget what they're called.
