PC Teddy

My partner's sister sadly died recently. She was a police officer for 20 years and at one time used to visit primary schools as part of her community policing role. PC Teddy always attended, and here he is, returned to R's younger brother after many years. 
J had very advanced MS and then cancer but she was incredibly stoic; a very strong woman. May she rest in peace now.
