So much for things remaining peaceful... in my state of Minnesota 2  democratic lawmakers and spouses were shot. 2 died. One No Kings protest called off and a shelter in place warning issued.

Update: the protests continued despite warnings. People were not deterred from wanting to be seen and heard.
