Lazy days

A long overdue day of doing nothing, bar being taxi to take them to their Parkrun this morning. Traffic going into Durham as we were leaving was ridiculous, thanks to the combination of university open day and the Durham Regatta. It looked like it might be a washout, but the rain has held off all day here; hopefully it’s the same 3 miles down the road!

These roses have been threatening to bloom for weeks now and then come all at once. It’s actually our neighbours plant, but it leans heavily over our side of the fence.
