The Norwegian Lady in Moss

Mrs B’s aunt (85) is member of The Norwegian Lady’s club in Virginia Beach, USA, which is the official twin city of the city Moss, not far from our summerhouse. The Norwegian Lady sculpture in Moss is seen on both blips. The aunt, invited by the city of Moss, is in red jacket in front of the sculpture, giving a speech or greeting the mayor of Moss. The same sculpture is placed on a beach in Virginia Beach looking towards Moss. The same commemoration is held annually in each city, commemorating the ship «Dictator» from Moss which went down in a storm off Virgina Beach in 1891, where some drowned, and some were rescued by Virginia Beach residents.
