Parkrun
Jemma is paying a fleeting visit to the lands of her birth, so I went to cheer her on at Parkrun. The runners started at The Museum of Kent Rural Life and run along the towpath, turn around and run back to finish by Allington lock; behind me in this shot (check out the map for a better idea of where I am). The keen-eyed might notice the ripples on the river; it was starting to rain, but I had my brolly with me (rather than leaving it in the car).
We sat and had a brew and a natter afterwards before she headed off to get showered and changed. Then she's out to a wedding anniversary being held at the local scout campsite; they are camping overnight.
