Església de Sant Jaume i Santa Anna
Afternoon all,
Went for a walk through Benidorm to see what entertainment is on at certain places for tonight. Ended up going into the old town and discovering :
1) Església de Sant Jaume i Santa Anna- a beautiful church sitting up high near castle ruins. There was a family in for rehearsal of a christening. Apparently there's a few everyday, then on Sunday all the christenings are done. Such a stunning church and then...
2) The size of Benidorm- we walked the beach front (see extra)yesterday thinking we'd walked the coastal front of Benidorm till we went up to the church and saw on the otherside a larger coastal front which is all Benidorm!! Incredible coastline.
We're going back to old town and I'll capture that coastline then.
We lit candles for our parents, which we do a lot, but lovely to get an opportunity to do so whilst abroad.
Stopped in on the other family members and enjoyed time with them.
No decisions on who we're seeing tonight yet!!
Have a great evening
